At least now you can hopefully move forward. I understand you're possibly anxious but let's look towards this might the last time. Maybe this time the meds might be right.

You did well from being in hospital last time, so use this time for you. Lots of rest, self care, self expression, talk about what's bothering you, whatever you want to get out of it.

I've just been sleeping a fair bit this weekend. There's so many things I need to get done. Sigh, tomorrow maybe.

Hopefully it is the last time @Sans911 and these meds are the right ones without any side effects.

Yes it is very quiet on here today. Everyone must be busy, which is good for them. I knew @outlander was going to be away with her sisters this weekend.

You must need the sleep hun but I know meds can be a big part in that too.

I'm always conscious that sometimes you're struggling a lot and don't want to be here or perhaps engage with others. That's why of late I leave you alone. The last thing you I want is to force myself on others.

And yes, my meds do play a bit of havoc with making my feel my more sleepy. I'll have to stop one of them during my drive to Adelaide in a weeks time. One of the other one impacts sleep so I'll need to be careful.

@Sans911I value you on here so much that I would always talk to you. Seeing you on here brightens my day.

That will be a long drive hun, from Perth to Adelaide. I hope you are stopping along the way. Can you say why you are going to Adelaide for?

My mother is driving her car back east to visit family and carry on more houses it's. So I've offered to help her drive as far as Adelaide. My sister lives there, so it'll be nice to see her again. And I have a new great nephew, well, he's four months old now. So it'll be lovely to see him and the other nephews and neice as well. It's been about six years since I've seen them last. The last time I went to Adelaide, one of my neices was elsewhere on that day. I'm staying about 4 days then flying home.

Thats lovely of you to offer to help your mum with the driving. Even better that you get to see your sister @Sans911 and spend some time with her and your family. I really hope you enjoy your time with them hun.
