My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Our fur babies have a good life @Snowie - and keep us going Cat has just wandered outside - she will probably sleep in the sun for a while now before she begins her ritual 'talking' to me later wanting her dinner lol

I hope you can have a nap too - will make the day go quicker. It sucks so much that you are simply counting down the days until you see your pdoc again but hopefully he can help you when you do.

Do you have to pick the kids up after school?

They do have a good life @Zoe7, if only I could sleep as much as she does!!

Five days and counting hon till I see the pdoc. I am back on my old dose of meds now so feeling better in that way, just anxious as to what is to come.

Yes I have to pick up the kids

Might try and go have a nap now. Will see how I go.
