Something’s not right

My special place

My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Re: My special place

Yesterday was ok, a very quiet day here except for D's sport in the morning.

Sounds like hayfever season is starting for you @outlander. Does anything help control them or ease the symptoms?

More crocheting, you are going to become a wizz at it soon.

Did you decide to go for a drive or stay at home today?

Re: My special place

a quiet day isnt all that bad @Snowie
i have hayfever all yr around but spring is the worst ever. my allergies are off the charts according to my last blood test- add it to the list lol. yes i just take antihistamines and try to at least keep inside the house as dust free as possible.
i decided to stay home today,i havent slept well the past few nights so feeling tired and the constant sneezes arent helping so might go tomorrow. i can get my work done today and tomorrows jobs done today as well.
what are your plans for today?

Re: My special place

That doesn't sound good @outlander about your allergies.

Best not go for a drive if you haven't slept well. However will be interested to see where you go and what you get up to when you do decide to go on your road trip.

Not a lot of plans for today. Just catching up on some washing and tidying up the house a little. Feeling very tired and down so a couch day is needed here.

Re: My special place

im thinking about making a road trip thread @Snowie that way you guys can come with me as well. i can share updates and pictures at each stop. most will just be driving along the country side and the coast line but im thinking about stopping at one of our botanical/community garden type things and a little town that has a cute little lolly shop with older and unique style lollies like rock candy and giant spiders.

a rest day with some general tidying sounds like a good idea. im watching cupcake wars atm too, its on the food network channel. they had to make a cupcake with blueberries, blue cornchips and blue cheese.

Re: My special place

A road trip thread sounds great @outlander and whenever anyone goes on a road trip they can post in there if they want. Your road trip already sounds good to me hun.

That show sounds interesting, haven't heard of that show before. I've got BBT on in the background, for a change!!

Re: My special place

Might have to check them out @outlander. I like cooking when I'm in the mood to do so, and do watch masterchef when it is on.

Re: My special place

im starting to feel abit old here lol, still in my pjs, watching the midday movie (which seems interesting- a teacher get physically involved with a student- different to a muder mystery today!) and crochetting!
