That's great @Snowie Even though we know the patterns it does help to see them over a period of time. When I started I had a couple of columns divided into day and night as night was so much harder than the day - I no longer have to do that and that is really positive. Have you started filling in the back with the skills as well - that I find a little harder - but my pdoc goes through it with me and I always seem to fill in a lot more when I go through it with her - think that is just my lack of confidence to think I am actually doing some of those things.

We don't have to fill in the back @Zoe7 as we haven't learnt the skills, so just the front. It was only for the week to see how I went with it. The big personality lady was there again and had a lot to say. I think I know her whole history now! She has to be kept being remindered that we shouldn't be saying anything too personal in the group sessions.

Sounds like it is hard work for the facilitator keeping her in line @Snowie. One of the 'talkers' has definitely left our group and I think the other one has changed groups (hoping so anyway). There was a different feeling around the group this week - the few new people were really nice and seemed confident enough to participate. I won't say I am looking forward to going now but I am certainly feeling more comfortable in going. I hope that becomes the situation for you too.
