Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Had DBT yesterday followed by the pdoc.

DBT was hard. There are some big personalities in there that seem to dominate the session, not that I would say anything. The only time I talk is when we have to check-in at the start and end. Even then I find it hard to put words together. Overall, it is just hard and this is only the introduction sessions, not the 12 month course. That will start next year.

Pdoc went ok. He was happy with my meds so just a slight change to them.

big personalities can be hard to handle, hopefully they tone down abit by next yr when the 12 month course starts up.

Evening @outlander, got a bit more sleep last night so that was good. Still tired but not sure if it just me, my moods or my meds. Hard to tell sometimes.

I am ok, just taking it step by step tonight. Will take my meds early again to make this day be over. Will just be sitting tonight hun
