My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

i have abit of a busy day but have a little while now before moving. I went with mum to my auntys house for a bit and to the shops, done abit of housework and put new sheets on pops bed. Need to pick kids up and take them out to a shop that ive been meaning to take them too. I was going to try and write a post but i cant get anything out yet so will wait till a little later.

How are you going? Have you got plans for today ir whatve you been up to?

Wow @outlander you have done so much already.

I have been cleaning a bit this morning, trying to keep my hands and mind busy, but not a lot of luck. The SH demon is back with a vengence so trying to stop that and keep distracted.

Sometimes it is hard to get the words out, I don' think I will be able to either. My mind just goes blank when I try and write about it.

Youve accomplished things too which is amazing doesnt matter how much at least you done some.
Thats ok you dont have to get the words out but im here to listen if you can. Even just a few words. I know yur having flashbacks, they arent very fun at all.
Have you tried the flashback halting script at all or drawing on yourself with a marker?

@outlanderI have tried my script and drawing on myself this morning as well as ice.

I hate the flashbacks, they take me back to that time and it is super hard to bring myself back to reality, back to the now. I think I might have to ring someone soon.
