Still in hospital, going on 3 weeks now. Med changes are going good just slow. My brain fog is starting to lift. I didn't realise how bad I,had gotten or how much my meds had dulled me. I couldn't have gone through this at home. My emotions are still all over the place that many tissues are getting used!

Others here say I look better but I can't see it yet. Maybe it's not evident to me or the critic in me. I have been going to groups to keep the days going. My favourite would be art therapy and have been writing a lot too. Pdoc starting to talk about home time so that must be a good thing. Take care all. I am following along just deep in the background. 💜💙💜💙

I've been awake on and off since about 2am. I think I went to sleep about 7:30 last night. Deliberately making myself sleep earlier, but I don't like being awake at this time. I'll probably go back to sleep for a while before I feed the cats. One lot of beady eyes is looking at me & Jasper is going a little berko on the bed, chasing himself & my foot.

Nit doing so great, lots of anniversary dates coming g up in the next few weeks. I'd rather not be here for those. Trying to keep myself busy, yet I have no motivation at all really, and I spend lots of time in bed.

Often we can't see changes in ourselves, but others can. I'm sure this admission has had some benefits for you.

@Sans911 I am glad your cats are keeping you company.

I know you have some tricky times ahead and will be here for you if you need to talk about them or need a distraction. Getting out of bed on some days is really hard. Please remember you are doing the best you can through an extremely shitty and hard time. I know the easy thing is to hide away, to disappear......

But selfishly I still want you around in my life...

Just know that I am only a tag away.
