Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

So I have rang the pdoc's room and my w/cover person. Both are not in today. So the answer and phone call I was meant to get on Friday I am not going to get today either. I have done everything I can but still no answers. I am beginning to think no one cares. Here she goes again. I am past that breaking point. I do not matter, just another number in the system.

Youve been waiting for quite a while now, it would be driving anyone bonkers.

Would it help to get out of the house for a little while today? Just as abit of fresh air and out of the 4 walls scenario..
Or maybe some of your cross stitch?
