My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie please know you are welcome to contact the HC if you feel like some 1:1 support. It's great to see lots of support here for you also. It's ok not ot know what to do but I'm wondering if there might be a few things you can try to see what you can find from your investigation 🙂

I know it is so bloody hard. We are all here and sitting with you or to chat. A few hrs will be seeming like a lifetime right now. How about doing a few puzzles or a board game wih the kids or something else to keep occupied until after dinner. Then take meds abit earlier...
