Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Had psych by telehealth today. Unloaded. Duty of care crap

Told her I just don't care anymore

I’m sorry it’s so hard @Snowie I wish it wasn’t I really do.

I just couldn’t deal with going to pdoc this week.,I’m hardly leaving home at all and I’m very close to quitting coaching.

Anyway I won’t talk about my drivel.

For me it is going crazy here , so much is going on

I have now 6 specialists and a doctor for me , mri and a echo next week
