You put so much into getting through your holiday that now you are home and can stop, it all hits you at once.

I've got pdoc Wed. Taking mum up the street tomorrow. Will do it first thing in the morning to avoid people! I'm hoping the rest of the week is uneventful.

I'm glad you enjoyed your holiday. It is important we have those moments in our life.

But that doesn't mean the aftermath will be easy.

Been a hard day.

I went out to breakfast this morning and that helped a bit but I’ve been awake since 3.30am…such is life.

Fell asleep last night. H has been going to bed early since he's getting up early for work, so I just normally go to bed too.

I hope you got some more sleep last night and didn't wake up as early.

Not much on for the rest of the week. I have pdoc today but just a phone appt.

What is your week looking like? Caught up on washing yet?
