My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Mine are both watching movies in their room so loving the peace at the moment. I shouldn't say anything to soon.....can change quickly. I hope yours settle down for you.

I just that consequence thing that makes everything harder, by confiscating a device from one who gave me a big loud "you can't make me"! Instant regret as quiet device time sounds much better than this @Snowie :face_with_rolling_eyes:

I noticed you had a hard night. Sorry to hear 🙁 Glad you've got some calm today but thinking you'd be pretty tired.

I'm a bit meh I think. Waiting is hard and I feel like I'm waiting now to know what's going on and when.

oh @CheerBear yes confiscating a device can ruin "quiet" time, however sometimes we just have too.

Yeah tired but not alot on today so thats ok,

Waiting is hard. I know you are waiting for some time out and especially waiting to know what is going on seems time goes slowly.

Nice to see in this part of the forum @CheerBear. I didn't have to look far for you today, even though I generally know where you are.

Afternoon @Snowie. I was going to go for a historical walk in my area, but I just went for a 15 min walk to buy some lamps from a woman and I'm exhausted. I'm feeling a tiny bit better (ie I think I have wrestled control of my SI back), but my thoughts are non stop. Been like this for days. I feel like I have all my brain synapses firing indiscriminately all over the place.

@Sans911glad you got out and about a bit. A little walk is better than no walk so well done for pushing yourself

I am sorry to hear your thoughts are non-stop. I am guessing the only break you get is when you are asleep. I am still right next to you hun giving you a gentle hug telling you how important you are and how much you matter.
