My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Been awake since about 4am. Just couldn't settle again.

Managed to leave the house. Went to Big W. They had most books for $10 each. Brought 5 of them! Think they will keep me company for awhile.

Whilst my thoughts haven't settled they have become a bit more manageable.

Do you just buy and collect books? I can't get myself to buy books when I have so many good libraries around and I also have access to audiobooks. I don't think I've bought a book in over a decade @Snowie

I like old books but I don't just buy them for the sake of it. I love second hand book shops.

I do read them and also have an e-reader.

I have a big library of book.

Things are still not heading in the right direction.

MIL still in hospital. Looks like more blockages. Needs op to unblock them. Hoping it happens tomorrow. Can't afford anything else to go wrong.

Mum lost it yesterday at me. As she gets worse so does her temper. Very short fuse.

Thoughts not settled. Still prn

Doing things b/c I have to. Would rather hide

It sounds like things with your mum and MIL are really, really tough right now... I am so sorry to hear they aren't doing well. I can absolutely see how much this is impacting you.

I wish we could all come and give you the biggest hug. 🥰

From what I have read it sounds like SI has been very prominent over the past few days. I know it must be really challenging to come into a place of grounding with all that you have going on, but we are here for you, okay?

Would you be open to working through your safety plan together?

We can keep things really simple tonight. 💛
