Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Im at home now trying to settle but had lots of triggers and brains going abit crazy with thoughts that are probably not even neccessary but im ok otherwise

Any plans for tomorrow?

Sounds like a good day for a rest @Snowie how did they go at sport? Has your evening been abit more relaxing?

Oh its just the 'i have a pain' ( plus others) and brain is taking it and running and making up a thousand different scenarios

Umm no plans yet. Mums not working but the weathers not to pleasant. We might find something to do.

They went good at sports @outlander. Am relaxing on the couch with the dog and not moving for a long time!!

Sounds like your brain is in overdrive hun and needs to slow down. Hoping it can slow down enough for sleep tonight

Haha sounds like a good idea! Im on the couch too watching jurassic park -the lost world (think its part 2 or 3 of jurassic park) atm. What are you watching?

Yeah it is on overdrive. It was literally as soon as i walked through the door. My hands hurting as well so its contributing abit too.
