My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thanks @Snowie its just the usual stuff that's all, wondering what to do with the weight of the world. Mostly just tired ( havent slept in 2 days again), pained and feeling unwell physically. Ill be ok though i hope ❤

I thought about buying a small pack @Snowie but i dont know how fiddly it is. Do you need to use 2 hands alot? Are they hard?

@outlanderyou probably don't need two hands to do it all, just I guess threading the needle. If you go to spotlight then there are all types, some hard some easy. You can get small ones that are for beginners and will give you very clear instructions.
