My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Today was meant to be a solo day @AuntGlow

Started with a bad nights sleep that had me wake with flashbacks. Couldn't settle again.

I hadn't rung mum by 12, so she rang me asking why I hadn't called her. Even a 'day off' isn't really one. Is it so bad that I just wanted some time to myself?

MIL went back into hospital today. Has to have another camera down throat to see what's happening

Neighbour had a fall, back in hospital

My thoughts are just spiraling. Trying to settle.

No, you are absolutely allowed to have a day to yourself. I know that boundaries with mum can be tough. How long was your call? Could they be quick check-ins in the future?

I can hear there's a lot going on around you, so it's understandable why you would be feeling flooded with thoughts. What is your body saying it needs most right now? 💛

This morning was ok with the hairdresser. Got rid of the greys, but she talks a lot. Surprised she had time to breathe!!

This afternoon is being difficult.
