My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I care about others @Ru-bee I care about my MIL, care about how my mum will cope, care about the hurt I can cause my kids/hubby.

In the past I could care about me @Ru-bee Care enough to continue with my supports, care enough to be here for my family. Care that my life is worth it, that I'm worth it. That others rely on me.

Whilst my mind can remember these things, can think that they might be worth fighting for, I struggle to want too.

Those are some great reasons to care @Snowie

It sounds like you're unsure, that these things might still be worth fighting for... could it be that this care for yourself isn't completely gone, it's just really hard to reach right now? Maybe it's not a strong feeling of motivation, but that question of maybe is sometimes something that we can at least hold on to
