My special place

Had psych today via tele health for the first time in 7 weeks. She is finally back from holidays.

Seemed to go well but 1 hour was no where near enough.

She wants to ring pdoc to talk about a few things.

That plus this morning has been so tiring. Nothing left in the tank.

Sounds like you had lots to catch up on from those 7 weeks @Snowie do you have another appointment booked in soon?

Do you have anything on for the evening or are you able to just have a big rest after today?

My next appt. is two weeks away. She has nothing earlier.

I'm currently on the couch not intending to move. I have neither the energy nor desire to move.

I can't even go to bed. I have to pick S up from work later on tonight.

Yes I think there are some days when whatever you can muster counts as dinner @Snowie though I hope the coffee doesn't keep you up all night!

@Ru-bee I have to stay awake anyway to pick S up from work so coffee's a good thing atm.
