S1 took gd2 tobogganing @Snowie but I stayed in the car.

Was very cold here today and hasn't stopped raining.

Gd2 said it was the best day of her whole life @Snowie

Got to the supermarket this morning. Was very quiet which was nice. I don't think many want to come out because of the cold/rain. On a good note, it is snowing where we go. Something to look forward too 😁❄️

On to the third load of washing. You'd think I hadn't done it for a while, but with two teenagers (and hubby) it piles up quickly!! I think my D wears clothes for 5 mins and then puts them in the wash.

Lots of ruminating thoughts this morning. Going to try and do some sewing to keep busy.

If anyone is around, happy for a chat too.

Lost my sh*t down the street today. Was by myself for a change (no mum).

Ended up dissociating. Luckily I hadn't started food shopping so was able to make it to the toilet and then the car. Came home with no food 🤦‍♀️

That sounds like it would've been unsettling @Snowie Glad you were able to get yourself back home

I'm just glad I didn't have a trolley full of food! Wouldn't have made it through check out.

I'm feeling ok now, just tired. Some prn, a cuppa and dog cuddles have helped. I've been sewing too so that has kept me occupied.
