Got some plants planted, did some jigsaw, went through emails, took things to op shop, washing done. Was kicking some goals today.

Then another fight. Got told off for going up the street without Mum. Even though I had already asked this morning if she needed to go and she had said no. Am I meant to ask her permission just if I want to leave my own house.

Also got told that I should check on her more (even though I go see her everyday), that I shouldn't be going away and that if end up having an admission she is the one that suffers.

Gone is the day. Meds taken and hiding in my room not caring what happens. I don't even feel comfortable in my own house.

@Eve7just a bad night and rough morning. Spent about 30mins on the phone this morning getting nowhere.

So many things to do yet no energy/want to do them
