defiantly needed

Got a message from the SW (have had him since my last admission). Not coming out this week due to a paperwork issue. Something about not being approved.

Whilst I find the SW useless, he visits about once every 5 weeks for about 10-15 mins. I don't know how I am meant to form a relationship with him or tell him things I really need to say.

I would hate to be someone who relies on this. Is it really beneficial?

It still feels like a slap in the face.

I have gp tomorrow then mum has an appt. I have to make mine appt. a quick one so I can get mum to her's on time. So won't be able to tell her what's happening. Will just have to say I'm fine. Get in get out.

Yeah I hear you there @Snowie... struggling to understand how support that is that infrequent and short would be helpful. That is frustrating to hear that you'll be missing out nevertheless.

I hope your GP is on the ball tomorrow and it's still a good appointment even if it does have to be rushed.

Sounds like there's a few things adding up today to make it a hard day. Is there anything nice you can do for yourself tonight to show yourself a bit of extra care?

@Ru-bee I guess I'm lucky that I have my psych and pdoc. I wouldn't cope if the SW was all I had.

I don't know the logic behind the support they say I get from the sw.

Self care is in the really too hard basket. Its ok, prn helping
