you're not alone @Snowie it's so frustrating when you know what you wanna chat about but the words don't come out - but it doesn't make you stupid, it's a hard thing to voice.

the timing of pdoc and psych taking their leave!!! sucks that they're both away for a while, do you have any other supports at the moment? is GP someone you can chat to? sending you 💗💗💗

It's hard not to feel stupid or to blame myself @rav3n I waited 2 1/2 weeks for that appt. and blew it. My own fault.

I have no other supports. I really only see my gp if I need too. Don't speak to her about my MH.

I'm not going back to ED. I find that when you speak to someone, they put a band aid on it and send you home. I think, as long as they have ticked the boxes so they don't get into trouble they are happy. [edited by moderator]

@Snowie it's okay to feel it, we all have our days where we feel stupid, annoyed, frustrated with ourselves - just know that this doesn't reflect on you or your progress as a whole.

oh i see, so fair if you don't usually talk MH with GP. you've got the community still and there's helplines you can try reach out to again when you feel up to it. does writing down a lil script or some dot points help with talking about it?

I sat on hold for over 30mins yesterday to chat to someone, then finally gave up. I know it's not their fault but was just getting more upset.

I had some things written down for today. I just didn't use them.
