Things are still not going great. I ended up at ed again.

Unfortunately I couldn't get into see my psych any earlier and my pdoc is still away. He is overseas so not answering any emails.

Still feeling very uncomfortable and just taking it moment by moment.

Got an appt. with my psych for Thursday. Only via telehealth though. I guess it's better than nothing but struggle to connect with her when I'm looking at a laptop.

I wake up in the morning and for about 10sec things seem ok, then my thoughts start again.

That persistent voice is so hard to ignore, to set aside. It just wants you to give in.
