I can see that it has been a very difficult day for you Hon - it must feel like each day is slowly folding into one at the moment for you - I get it - each day is just that bit harder than the one before and there is no light at the end of the tunnel ...you cannot even see a tunnel at this stage

It is too suffocating, too hard. The fall out is still happening, will for weeks.

It is too close to home, not safe to talk, not safe anywhere.
