Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@tyme speaking out is important even if it’s exhausting. You only learn that with time. When I was a younger I thought overstepping boundaries was normal. My parents would often get too involved

@tyme that is true. Sometimes you need to learn the “normal” wasn’t healthy. It can be hard to stomach, because parents may have the best intentions but their behaviour can still negatively affect you

I had a sucky day yesterday of back-wash stuff, and have woken in the middle of the night here now, but trying to just drift past it, floating cos too tired to swim at the moment. Forum friends mean so much. Just sitting here with you.
