My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Morning all

It has been a very busy morning and will keep going that way I think.

Ended up calling an ambulance this morning for M. She has been taken back to hospital.

Had my assessment with DBT with a psychologist. Was hard becasue I had to speak about alot. Not go into traumas but just briefly say what happened. That was enough to give me an anxiety attack there. The psych was good and she was able to sit with me and help me through it. Exhausted now, but no rest.

There is an introduction night that I have to attend in a couple of weeks. She thinks the DBT program would be good for me.

Just waiting to hear from M if I have to take things up to her or if she is coming home. I really didn't need that today.

Sorry to hear about M i hope they can find whats happening for her.

Im really glad that psych stayed with you and helped you through that. I can imagine how tough that wouldve been.

Its hard @Snowie esp when you need to wait and see whats happening with M

Do you think a hot bath/shower might help? Or some bbt and a puzzle or 2 on your ipad? Or maybe a walk even a short one.. play with Izzy? Paint your nails for something a little different..?

M getting operated on now, sitting at hospital waiting for her to come out of surgery. Another anxiety attack so had to take an extra prn.
My day has just gotten worse as it has gone on.
I don't like being me atm
