I know that things have been really hard lately and that you're needing that extra support right now. Do you think you need to try to reach out to your local crisis team again and see if you're able to get through?

I had the SW out again. I guess I'm a good actor. How can I tell them the truth when I've only seen them about 3 times. When they seem to just want to get in and out as quickly as possible. Tick one more person of their list. Meet their quota. Made another app. for 2 months time. Really don't see the point.

Sleep was bad. Waking up, not being able to get back to sleep.

Made it to the supermarket. Yea for me!! Was able to avoid someone I knew.

Picked up my meds so that means prn too. Had run out so that was good.
