I usually freeze my water bottle I take on pdoc visits @Snowie It makes her smile but I don’t have the heart to tell her it does nothing. I’m still waiting for the day it works hopefully not too far away.

it's ok to say it doesn't help @Eve7 What works for one person doesn't work for another.

Hard Quiz is really good @Snowie. It's hosted by Tom Gleeson and I mostly like his humour.

I hope you can be honest with your psych if needed.
