Can't stop the tears tonight. Too many decisions to make. Can't do this.

that must be a lot to process, do you have to make the decision anytime soon? hoping you have some time to really process this and get into a better headspace before decision time. you've worked so hard on your healing journey so far, i know you can get through this too, all the little steps you take matter so much 💗

Spent a long time thinking about what to do today. Just sat there. I know my actions have consequences. I don't want to hurt others yet it's me who's getting hurt.

thinking all day about what to do must've been exhausting @Snowie i know that my head usually feels so heavy after contemplating my choices, i'm imagining yours might be too. have you got an unwind activity planned in for tonight?

supporting your mental health and taking care of you may feel difficult or even feel like your burdening others, but its best thing you can do for yourself and others, and the truth is there's nothing 'burdening' about wanting to be a better you for your loved ones - it's very human to struggle and need support. you are so deserving of all the support.

also chicken stirfry sounds delish! hopefully there's some leftovers for when you do get your appetite back!
