My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@Snowie - I have withdrawn irl. I wanted to withdraw from here too, but I guess I have decided against it. I shut down half way through my therapy session yesterday so that was the catalyst for the way things are now. My mind is pulling me in two directions, so I'm really confused atm.

my sweet @Sans911, I am glad you are trying to stay connected here. I know how hard that is for you. It seems like the psych session did not go well yesterday. Do you see your worker soon? Confusion is ok. Remember it is ok not to be okay. We have to try and ride those ups and downs so will ride them with you.

You deserve all the love and compassion, because you are so worth it.

We are so critical of ourselves hun, yet when it comes to others, we have all the compassion and love to give to them. I won't say I don't do it either, because I know I do.

Reaching out for help brings up so many harsh feelings on oneself, I get that. Some were discussed today. That fear of reaching out, fear of our thoughts/actions hurting others.

We all need to hear from time to time that we are worth it. Do we believe it when someone says that? mmm, maybe/maybe not. But we still have the right to hear those words.

@Snowie you're overthinking things hun. I was simply doing something else for a little while. You haven't pushed too hard or overwhelmed me. And if it helps I often think the same when I'm helping you or outlander.

I've been trying to get on an online crisis chat service for much of the afternoon, and I'm having lots of problems. I really don't want to talk to someone, but if I use BB online chat they'll try to call me or the police. Don't want either
