The saying 'it doesn't rain, it pours' seems so relevant.

I was actually welcoming tomorrow to see the SW. There were a few things I just needed to talk through with someone. I know I have a lot of support on here, but I hate bothering people who are going through so much themselves.

My lack of doing is a worry. I have no motivation to do anything at all, which of course effects my MH. The thought of leaving the house terrifies me atm. I only left it today to take my son to school.

Would you call SANE’s helpline? I’m guessing there’s a wait, but can you remember it’s an option for tomorrow @Snowie if you feel you need it? 1800 187 263

I think it's best just to go. Hopefully meds kick in.

I pop on a comforting show I've watched a hundred times and put it on low in the background, then pop my eye mask on to block out the light. Just thinking about it is making me sleepy...maybe it's time for a coffee ☕
