Small talk is hard, but I knew it was coming. I always get stuck when people ask what I am doing and how I am.

Thank god for the prn I had before hand.

That sad thing was that the man who passed away's wife has cancer too. She was taken to the hospital this morning so couldn't go to her own husbands funeral. It was too late to call it off. T

@tyme kids do the darndest things. Just when we think we've seen it all, they go and surprise us.

Have my oodie on and on the couch with the dog. Was going to watch the footy tonight but not sure if I can stay awake long enough for that. My plan is not to move off the couch!!

I'm so sorry to hear that the wife couldn't attend her husband's funeral. That is so so so hard. I can only imagine the immense stress she is under.

The only walking I plan on doing is from the couch to the bed @tyme!!

They have given her about 3 months to live. I feel sorry for her two children who will lose both parents in a short amount of time. She was able to watch it. They set up a link for her, so I guess that is at least something.

I have a cup of peppermint tea next to me.

Could really do with some chocolate but none in the house!

That's so hard, esp for the children @Snowie . I hope they get the support they need.

I wouldn't mind a hot drink. I just snacked on a Caramilk Wallaby. First time I've tried it... it was average.

They are around my age, too young to lose both parents.

Cancer is such a dreadful disease especially when the treatment is deemed useless.

Never heard of that chocolate. I'm a peppermint chocolate girl. Match my peppermint tea!!

More of a savoury person. Give me a cheese platter every day!
