My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

@NatureLover sounds like a busy weekend for you. Just been cleaning myself this morning. I hope you are able to get some time for yourself.

I ended up talking to scbs last night. Took extra meds to sleep better. Will just see what comes of today.

oh @Shaz51 I'm sorry you had to cancel your birthday dinner. That is hard. I really hope the antibiotics kick in soon. Maybe a dinner could happen when Mr Shaz feels better.

@creative_writer today has been hard. Had a fight with hubby. I really don't know how he puts up with me at times. I know it is my c-ptsd and depression talking.

Things seem to be ok this morning. I did apologise to him. My stupid brain 🤦‍♀️

Not much sleep last night. Always good getting to sleep, just staying asleep is the problem.

Taking my mum out to lunch today. Hoping that puts me in the good books for awhile.

@Snowie Cptsd and depression are rough. We do need to realise we are human at the end of the day, but it’s about what you do afterwards to diffuse the tension. He doesn’t give up on you because you are worth it, none of us are perfect so don’t be too hard on yourself 💖
