Still don't feel great. I think its just a matter of time to get over it.

Guess it is a mixture of both. If I am honest with psych, not sure what she'll do. Can't contact pdoc, his on holidays for a month.

How is your day going?

Got to psych this morning. We spoke about some in depth issues. I told her where I'm at and what I've done.

She wanted my word, for me to promise her. I said I can't do that. Sat in foyer for about 40mins before I could drive. Half expected someone to show, but no one did.

So now what. Another 2 weeks till psych again, 3 weeks till pdoc. Will the SW show this week? Probably not.
