I’ve had prn and an afternoon sleep. The pdoc here is kind but I opened up a bit too much and am now not allowed out for walks.

saw my psych this morning @Eve7 didn't go great. She didn't ask so I didn't say

I'm sorry you cant go for walks hon. Hopefully that can change in the coming days. But maybe the pdoc needed to know what is happening.

I wish I could say it would help but doubt it very much.

I hope yours goes ok hon and they start to kick in soon. I know when I was doing it that much it did make a difference.

Please don't feel you have to say sorry for anything @Snowie we both know ECT works better as inpatient over a few weeks but who can keep dropping their life for that.
