My special place

My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Re: My special place

Hi @Snowie , I hope you slept OK again. Sorry to hear your sleep quality isn't good though 😢

I'm going out to do my errand day today as I didn't get it done on Friday.

I hope it goes OK at K-Mart today...

Re: My special place

@Snowie I am looking forward to placement. Just submitted one of my assignments. The other one is due on Friday, but it is pretty much done, if I have time, I'll have a quick look, otherwise I'll submit it. Placement will keep me occupied during the week from 9-5pm, might be too exhausted to do any work on the assignment, which is okay as well.

I hope you were able to get to kmart and pick up the things you needed. I hope you are doing okay ❤️

Hi @NatureLover Hoping you get what you need done today.

@creative_writer well done on getting your assignments done and submitting one of them. Thats really good progress.

Made it to kmart thanks to hubby going with me. In my room atm, don't want to be around people today.

Re: My special place

@Snowie it’s okay to spend some time away from people. I hope you are able to rest up. Shopping can be exhausting for someone with MH 💖

Re: My special place

@creative_writer I think everyone has those days, we just might have them more often.

D having some friends over tonight so defiantly staying in my room.

It's just being around so many people hard. And there were plenty of them out the today!! I do think it takes us a lot more energy to get through.

My fault too however, should have done it during the week, not as many people around.

Do you have placement everyday? 9-5 is long hours.

Re: My special place

@Snowie sometimes it is hard to get motivated, everything is harder with MH. Yes I have it everyday. At least it ends 5pm, my physical and mental health don’t hold up afterwards. I’m depressed and have migraines without tea 😢. I don’t know why my brain needs it so much later in the day, I mean, I need sleep

Re: My special place

Hopefully if you are finished at 5 then you can get home and do some self care @creative_writer

I know nights are not great for you. Hopefully you can come home have some dinner and an early night, ready for the next day. Hoping the migraines stay away.

Re: My special place

@Snowie I always get a migraine in the PM, every single day, it never fails to come

Re: My special place

Have they (I mean a doctor) ever investigated why you get a migraine ever day @creative_writer? Have they put it down to your mental health?

Re: My special place

@Snowie migraines and MH are like a chicken and egg situation. I do find their triggers overlap, and what helps one, helps the other. Matcha helps both, but once the effects wear off, migraines, depression and restlessness are back. It sort of happens simultaneously. Which makes sense in a way, both are linked with brain chemicals
