My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Got two Aunties coming over today (my Dad's sisters). Haven't seen them in years (meaning at least 7). They cut of most contact when my Dad passed away. I know I should be excited to see them but I'm just not. The thought of sitting there pretending to be cheerful and liking the situation fills me with dread. That small talk just sux's.

Sorry just complaining.

You need to put your needs first hon, the rest can wait for another day. As long as the basics are covered then that's enough.

@NatureLover it can be hard when it’s quite bleak and dark. I don’t like it when it’s raining for day straight either. I hope the next five days go okay for you, hon 💖🫂

Hi @Snowie pretending to be okay is very draining. Do you think it’ll help to take some breathing space every now and then? I hope you are able to give yourself some space to rest up afterwards 💖.

Friday night went good, I felt better once I had dinner, however, there were more people than I expected and the lights were super bright. I thankfully remembered to bring my amber blue light blocking glasses
