Just waiting for a load of washing to be done and then headed to the supermarket.

The spaghetti was a nice change for breakfast @Snowie ...I'll add veggies to it for dinner tonight.

I'm having a nice quiet day at home, which is my favourite. However I need to achieve 3 hours work on the house today. Seems an awful lot, but that's what I've set myself. Haven't started yet, just psyching myself up...!

Hope the supermarket's not too crowded with screaming kids for your trip.

Supermarket was ok, not too crowded. A tick of my list for today. Now onto the next on the list.

3 hours is a long time but might not feel as long if you break it up a bit. Lots of small things equal one large thing.

Have been busy with a few things today. Just sitting down with a cuppa before I tackle the next few things I need done.

Got some bad news about hubby's Nan. She is in hospital but just a matter of time. They have called in a priest for her. She is 97. So really just a waiting game now.

Hi @Snowie , I didn't get my 3 hours done - nowhere near. Couldn't face the hoard. Oh well.

@NatureLover you got some done and that's the main point. I didn't get everything ticked of my list but it doesn't matter. Today is a new day.

Off to the gp today and getting both kids eyes tested. They are both due for new glasses.

No word on Hubby's Nan so I guess no news is good news. She has a DNR on her which I can understand.

9 years ago on this day my Dad passed away. Still remember the day like it was yesterday and his final words to me.

Just a hard day overall.

Have got mum for tea. I'm sure a few stories will be told.

Got a message from the Out Reach service from the hospital I was in. Hopefully a meeting can be held soon and some more support can be put in place.
