Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

I'm not sure what you mean but I found lost in hospital at times. I felt like I got lost with the other patients. That I was just a number.

@Snowie the meds calmed me down but I just feel wiped . Everything feels so distant. Maybe by being distant the memories won’t feel so real

It can be exhausting at times, both physically and mentally. Sometimes we just need some time out, away from everything. I have those moments too.

Nothing wrong with that. I had nights where I just wanted to forget everything and go to bed. Had no energy to do anything.

Your prn could be a factor in it too hon.
