Sounds yummy @Shaz51 We had chicken, vegies and mashed potato. Quick and easy to cook.

I read a lot @Blackbird11 Helps me distract myself for awhile, especially if I can get lost in the book. I don't really do much besides that. I like watching sports on tv. Have been watching the tennis most of the day today.

Has been hot here but not muggy. Not like you get up in QLD (I think you live there). Have had the air con on all day but been under my weighted blanket most of the day!

But my MIL gave me a book to read and I read it in one night

Have already read 7, will start number 8 tonight when I go to bed.

Have you had a lot of rain @Shaz51?

We are meant to get a fair bit tomorrow but after that it is dry for the next few days.

We did get a downpour the other week. They had to close the local shopping centre cause the roof fell in from all the rain!

During the cyclone we had 850mm of rain in one 24 hours @Snowie

But this week has been 130mm a day 😁 a big difference

Wow that was a lot of rain @Shaz51 when you had the cyclone. I hope your house was safe.

Even 130mm is a lot of rain for one day.

We live on top of a hill so never have to worry about flooding. It does give some great views of the storms coming through our town.
