We have 2 rental inspections per year. I find them tough as all my fears about homelessness bubble up to the surface.

Thats understandable @NatureLover I would have that fear too.

Didn't have to wake the kids. S was up at 8:45 and woke his sister up!

Presents done, breakie done, just having some down time before I have to get things ready.

Started raining last night and really hasn't stopped. Had over 80ml in the last 24 hours.

I hope the rain eased for you yesterday and that all went well @Snowie

Made it through yesterday. Even managed a glass of wine which was rare for me as I hardly ever drink alcohol. Thankful that I had prn and had my bedroom as a retreat. Spent a few mins in their a few times, enough just to compose myself again.

Had mum and hubby helping in the kitchen so didn't have lots to do.

They were all gone by 9pm so in bed by 10pm which I was thankful for.

Today will certainly be as easy day. Will start to pack for when we go away.
