Hugs @Snowie sorry todays isn’t good

He's doing the ski season there @Snowie for six months. He did it last year. He works in the resort fitting ski boots for the tourists. He loves it. He did Thredbo this year and thinks he might try France next year. Ah the life of the young!

Yep Japan is amazing. We loved it too.

oh he is so lucky @hanami We are members of a lodge up at the snow and go there every year.

It really is a special place to go. My kids have skied since they could walk!

I've only been to Japan once and that was in their Summer. It was very hot!

Do you like to travel?

Oh that's awesome your kids can ski and have done since they were little. Amazing.

I love to travel just dont' get to do it enough. We've been to Japan twice, once in Spring and once in Winter. Was so cold but all the Christmas stuff they had was so pretty. Spring was amazing though. We will probably go again soon to visit my son...so in the cold again. Yep I've heard how hot their summer is! @Snowie Have you been to other countries?

My husband went to Japan for the snow with his friends @hanami . Was a boys vacation!

I love to travel but haven't done much. Now that the kids are older we will probably do more.

Been to Bali, Thailand, Japan and America.

Would love to do Europe and Africa.

Would live to do a white Christmas one year. Probably in Japan.

I think that is one of the problems @fluffylight I don't feel that it is helping. It just seems to make my flashbacks more intense. The flashbacks we have 'processed' are still coming up quite a bit and still seem to have strength behind them, if that makes sense.

I know emdr doesn't work for everyone. I know it can take time, I guess it just comes down to how much I can endure and how I go about coping with it.

My unhelpful behaviours seem to be winning at the moment.

Hi @hanami @Snowie I’ve been to Japan over night only, but I’ve been to US, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico and Cuba lots of times. Hope you are doing ok

that's awesome @Snowie . You'll love Japan in winter time. It's very pretty. And I love all of there very seasonal things like different foods for the seasons....pink icecream for spring etc. I can't remember winter themes, just how amazing their Christmas decorations were!
