My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Today has just been overwhelming. I don't think I was ready for what was discussed today.

Have you told your psych? @Snowie I know you can get through it tonight even though it’s hard.

My day has been ok. I’ve been shopping got some new shorts in a different size and grabbed some shoes. They were reduced and I got 25% off!

Went to the chemist and got my meds $95 later! 2 of the ones I got aren’t on PBS for bipolar. I got the other 2 at healthcare card price as I’m on the CGS.

Mum dropped in some shirts to put buttons on and some pants to be hemmed. Aargh more stuff to do!

Did you get to Kmart?

I'm okay. Pretty cold here today.

I didn't sleep very well last night. I was up most of the night. Hence I was a bit tired today 🙂

Just did my tax return and was expecting a few $$$ back (I usually get about $10k)... i ended up out of pocket several thousand....argh.

I emailed my psych and let her know I wasn't good with what we talked about today @Captain24 I haven't heard back from her. Things were looking better and today has just totally unstuck me.

Made it to kmart and vic roads this morning.

Meds are so expensive. I am lucky mine are covered on work cover.

I hope you got the sewing done.
