think im starting to think more about when mum goes away. I’ve been having some pretty intense body memories too… flashbacks.

Flashbacks can be hard to deal with @Bow I know they affect me in so many ways.

It probably will be hard when your mum is away. Just know that you have your team and us here to help you through it.

Yeah sometimes they can be so random and out of nowhere @Snowie its really knocked me about this afternoon 😢

don’t know how the 10 days is gonna pan out @Snowie nights are gonna be the hardest

Even doing some of you Art at night.

Yeah maybe she can sleep with me and that way I can go to bed when she goes! Will just have the dog to worry about @Snowie 😩 she normally sleeps with mum and is use to going to bed… and a toilet stop late. And mum sometimes lets her out during the night. Animals!

All three of you might end up in the same bed @Bow!! That would be fun!

Going to head to bed hon. Think I burnt myself out today. Time for sleep.
