Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

ohh @NatureLover that will be a tricky day. I hate going to the dentist!! Hoping you don't have to wait too long at centrelink. I know wait time can be long there.

Onto my second load of washing then need to go to the supermarket today.

Thanks, @Snowie , I'm taking one thing at a time today. The dentist also triggers me in terms of germs so there will be all the cleaning, washing and disinfecting once I get home 😣

Have so much energy.

Did some washing, vacuumed and moped the floors, ironed, took dog for a walk, went and voted, went out for breakfast with hubby. Been up since about 5am.

Looking for things to do next....
