A walk might get you a little motivated to work @Eve7 I guess it at least a try. It must be hard to find the motivation especially when you are at home.

I'm am sorry about the family member hon. I am sure they have support around them. Unfortunately it is not a quick fix, and something you live the rest of your life with. A friend of mines son died just over a year ago from cancer. Life just isn't fair sometimes.

I’m really goor thanks @Snowie Just had a social outing with a friend who I haven’t seen for ages. Had lunch at the pub after a walk along the sea front. Still not smoking.
