My special place

Well yesterday certainly threw everything off track. But thanks to some very thoughtful and kind people I was able to get threw it and continue.

I cannot say a lot about what happened as I am sure you all understand but need this support in place.

Things WILL be ok, just a lot to work out.

Psych visit yesterday sorted out some of the things and more things will be happening early next week.

I am sorry if I put anyone through any despair, but unfortunately what happened yesterday morning had to be done.

Oh well done you @Snowie stopping smoking is so very hard. Right now I am having strong urges. But I know that it’s the habit not the nicotine because it the pills I am taking. Urge is especially bad and I had to go for another walk. Hope you enjoy your family lunch.

Family event went really well. Went out to lunch and then went to the game. Kids loved it. Had a great day out and was a really good distraction.

Today has been a little of a let down but thought that would happen anyway.

Beautiful sunshine here so might go sit in it.

Hello @outlander @Snowie I watched my SA footy team win the grand final. Champions. I enjoyed that also went for two walks this morning. Watching TV now. What did you do today?
