those fears are valid and its ok to be worried. i think itll still be a good idea to get it checked though. would you be able to see another gp and let them know that you got overwhelmed but you are working on strategies and have the right supports in place. are your meds making you dissociate more? if they are perhaps your pdoc could reduce one of them so you can function a little better.

@outlanderwill see how it goes tonight. I don't think my meds are making me dissociate. I was doing i before the increase in meds. He doesn't want to reduce them at all. I know he is trying to get me more stable, but I don't even know what that looks like or if it can be done.

I am not sure of anything anymore.

i am sure it can be done sis, i have faith in you (im hoping thats not adding pressure to you) but i do believe in you and that one day things will be different for you.
