@Shaz51 Thanks for the good wishes on my attempt to stop smoking. I am taking stop smoking drugs that block the nicotine receptors in the brain so you just have to fight the habit. I gage up for 48 hours last time I tried. When I was previously on these tablets I stopped smoking tor 6 months. So hoping I can stop for good this time. Oh you live in far north Qld I bet you have trouble accessing services. I live in Adelaide.

I tried to do the right thing. i reached out for help. i guess when they say 30 minutes they really mean it... the end.
