Washing does seem endless. I hope you have had some 'me' time in there.

worried that I am putting too much pressure on a one hour appt. with my psych @outlander Worried things won't get worked out and then where am I. Worried about the lack of control I have at the moment.

Happy to hear you finished your tafe assignment. Chores do never end either hon. I'm guessing it is your Pop that makes the mess.

Sunny skies here, but not sure how much longer it will last.

My pdoc has suggested it @outlander on my last appt. with him.

I want to tell my psych what I did, but scared what she will do with the news. Scared she will tell my pdoc or someone else. I don't want to be forced into hospital.

Had a call today from the hospital about an inpatient stay for a month long course. Said no to that.

I really don't want hospital. D's eighteenth Birthday only just over a week away. How can I be in for that, I would never forgive myself.
